i am a DBA of sql server i have many problems plz help me and tell me how can i tune his db .

first of all i use ur documentation in which mention all tuning points

i read all theory but in finaly i want to tel me result of my tunings.if u r willing then i send u all values i use sever and with it only one cpu attatched and when i generet any one query then it execute slowly and one query takes many time but on this time it is not online onlly testing so when we look on the main server the how its manage
i think in my db have hardware bottleneck .what's u suggest me.

i create the filegroups and allocate to the 3 datafile and assign to the tables and i check
to generate the query in query analyzer one view which takes 4:00 min time and after allocate to datafiles it takes 2 min time of execution but after 3/4 days when i check again to the view to generate it it again take more time .so i grow the size of datafile and it reached on to 9 gbs but its time on the 2:39 min not increase the performance . plz teel me how can i solve this problems.
