Help needed

Hello, Wonder if someone can help me. When I log into the following site http://www.hotcopper.com.au/default.asp I see the following message on the page.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Driverserror '80004005'[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]

/mods/func_database.asp, line 85
I am then unable to log into their forum. Is this a problem at their end or my end? Thanks.
