How do I access Report Services Designer?

How do I access Report Services Designer?

Hello,

I am using Sql Server on a server 1 1/2 hours away from me. The admin for that SQL Server machine installed SQL Reporting Services 2000, or at least the ReportServer database and the ReportServerTempDB. I have Visual Studio.NET 2003 installed on my machine. How do I create a report or how do I access the Report Designer portion of SQL Reporting Services?

Do I need to install SQL Reporting Services locally on my machine?
