Insert New Format of Date in sqlserver

I want insert Records to table that Date field must be in Farsi format: For example 1381/04/05
How can i Insert new format of date to table in sqlserver
Help me please

That format (yyyy-mm-dd) is commonly known as the ISO format in computing. You can start using it in SQLServer with no additional code.
