Layout Problem in Reporting services while rendering in HTML format.

Hi,

I have created a report using report service. I have set Page width and height for the report as 8.27 inch and 11.69 inch respectively, Which is the size of A4 size paper. When i Preview in Preview mode I am able to see 63 Rows or records per page. But when i render it to HTML format using 'Render method', When i view the Print preview from Internett explorer, It shows only 40 rows or records. can anyone specify, how to control the size of the report while rendering to other formats.

I am not sure if are still looking for an answer. Anyway if found the solution to your problem.

If you want your report to come in a PDF format and on A4, the width of following have to be checked:

1. Body
2. Header image (if any)
3. Footer image (if any)

The width of these must be less than the actual size of an A4 sheet (8.5 inches). Now I am not certain what the exact calulation is for this. It worked for me when i gave the width of all of the above as 7.6 inches, which is almost an inch less than the actual size of an A4 sheet.
