MSDE Database from one computer to another.

Hopefully someone can help me out. I created a website using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002 with an SQL DB and I've just recently purchased a new laptop and have installed Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005.

I have already transfered over the website and now I need to transfer over the database.

Im pretty sure Visual Studio 2005 comes with SQL Server 2005 rather than MSDE. Well that's what I have on my laptop anyways.

Can someone hook me up with a good tutorial to transfer the database over to my laptop and get it working with my site with Visual Studio 2005. I would really appreciate any help anyone can give. Thanks
