Problem with passing parameters in SQL Server 2005 reporting services?

I created a report (tabular) in reporting services , and i want to click on one of the cells in the table (e.g. Italy) , this value will be passed as a parameter and will open another relevant report.

If i click on another cell (France) , the report will change according to this new parameter...

is this possible???
