prompt in query analyzer

Can you write a script which prompts the user for input and stores it in a variable in sql query analyzer like
ACCEPT CNUM PROMPT 'ENTER CONTRACT NUMBER: '
SELECT CNUM, IDP_PRICING_QUANTITY
FROM DETAIL_CONTRACT
WHERE CNUM=&FMCC_CONTRACT
??
IF THIS IS NOT CORRECT PLEASE GIVE EXAMPLE...THANKS
