hi people.
Can someone out these tell me how to export a report made in MS SQL Reporting Serives into LANDSCAPE. Is there anyway to set this in the report/layout properties OR is Microsoft team still figuring this out now??? When i export to PDF the default layout is POTRAIT and nothing seems to happen when i change the orientation to LANDSCAPE in Acrobat Reader 6.0 page setup. Any ideas??? Lazy Male |

Well, I solved the problem myself. Thought I should post it in case you guys keep wondering.
All you goto do is alternate the report width and height in Report Properties. If you want it on A4 sheet, then give width=29cm and height=21cm. Thats how you would have the width and length if u hold an A4 sheet horizontally right?? Btw, dont forget to keep the body, header and footer width 1 inch less that report layout width OK? You dont want blank pages in between, do you? So its as simple as that. Try it out. Sorry Bill... guess your guys are doing their jobs right. Cool. Lazy Male |
