Question Run SSIS package from stored proc WITHOUT xp..cmdshell?

We're working to upgrade from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005. For security reasons our company is locking down the ability to use xp..cmdshell and I need to know if there is another way to execute an SSIS package from a stored procedure. This is a pretty critical function for us. I appreciate any suggestions!
