My user have 2 external web hosting. Both are windows hosting but hosting [A] provide Microsoft Sql Server but hosting [B] does not. It only have MySql and Access. However i am required to host my webpage which is using Microsoft Sql Server on hosting [B]. My question is, will it be possible to host the webpage in hosting [B] but store my database in hosting [A] and point my connection string to hosting [A].
Will this work? I do not have time to change to MySql. How can i solve this problem? Please give me your suggestion. I really appreciate your help. Thank you. |

If host A will allow outside connections to their SQL Server, you should be able to do this. Explain your issue to host A and see if they'll work with you.
