Authentication using php and Mysql

I am having a problem with this script using the code from www.devarticles.com/printpage.php?articleId=163.
my page is in the server www.enddebtmiser.com/sri/mirs_login.php
Thoughts/ideas?

hmmm. my guess is that you supplied the wrong database name, also check out the forum post for that article, (link is in the article) its by far the biggest post on this forum, and im sure you can find your answer there
