good and realiable php/mysql programmer needed fast...

I would require PHP/MySQL programmer for helping me build website for local outdoor billboard company. The company wants to provide their clients with online access to map of billboard locations, overviews of free billboards, ordering and reservation of billboards, the site should also have complete contact management with all the client details that their workers need. The website should display user specific pages after login and should offer total administration of all the information. The clients should be able to have different access levels, some can only view news, some can view news and free billboard locations, the other could also order them.

When the billboard order is placed, the administrator should receive email with all the necessary information and after administrator confirms the order thru admin pages, the customer should receive the confirmation email. There is no billing done onsite, but it would be nice that customers gets approx. quote before they process online order.

I will provide all the graphics and HTML work necessary and I can also provide server for testing purposes, before the site would go live. I also know a little bit of PHP, but can only provide some very basic help on my side. The site will be in local language (Slovenian), but I will provide all the necessary translations from English.


Just to recap, the website needs to have:


User side:

- user authentication
- different access levels
- customized user pages (example: every user that is in xy category, should be displayed news message for xy group)
- overview of billboard locations
- ordering of billboard locations
- every billboard needs to have a map view, description, foto, price (per week, month) and availability list


Admin side:

- different access levels (some admins can view and modify everything, some only user data, some only need to view certain pages, etc...)
- adding, modifying, deleting user data
- filtering of user information (example: view only users in xy category which phone number starts with 02)
- view, entering and editing the billboard data, availability, photos, map location and price
- confirmation of orders
- printing data
- adding, modifying, deleting user defined pages

To sum everything up this website should be a clone between very lite version of air ticket sellers website and contact management application.

Give me your best proposal for such project, so I can beat other competitors and get this job. If we get this project it will be a very little time (about a month) to produce such site, since apparently it needs to be fully working by the end of August 03.

I'd love to work this project, however, I'm on a project similar to this now and it is eating up my time already. The time constraint is a killer as well. I'll let a buddy of mine know about it... he has the necessary skills to work this project.

LOL... I've learned my lesson on piling too much work on myself... a few years ago. Not a fun experience. A long time client of mine still laugh about that.
