Linkin MySQL Table

Hi, I have two servers,

one with a public IP = Server #1
and
another on the local intranet = Server #2
that has live information.

I have the Server #2 with live business information. MySQL is running on both Machines. Server #1 can see Server #2, what i'd like to know is can i create a table on Server #1 that could link directly to another table on Server #2.

What i really want is a gateway table.
