Mysql and delphi problem

I have a table with 200 Employees. Then another table with dates, no of balls played, and cost of the ball played.

What i want is an excel format like this.

Employee No, DayOne Balls played, SUM(Cost of day1), DayTow Balls Played, SUM(Cost of day2), etc [obviously all per employee per day- what happend everyday for the whole month for that employee]

So you get something like this.

Mike, 3 [balls], 40 (value), 0 [balls], 0 [value], 16 [balls], 200 (value), 50 [balls], 600 [value], etc

So mike for day 3 had 16balls and the sum was 200. for day 2 he had nothing...i want it for the whole month.Is it possible...i have a routine that does it ofcause...BUT ITS TAKE 45minutes to run.Lot of procedures write to 3rd table.Thats a no no.

Please help
