MySQL connection error

Hiyolu,

whenever I am trying to connect to my MySQL server it says this:
#1130 - Host 'host_name' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
When I try it through phpMyAdmin 2.5.7-pl1 it says exactly the same. Also when I try to create a database it says:
ERROR 1044: acces denied for user '@localhost' to database 'myDatabase'
Don't say I cannot connect remotely because I am connecting locally. I have tried it through my first computer (remotely). I have also tried it through my second computer (the MySQL server). I have noticed that this is a very common problem, but I found no answer on any forum. Please help me.

Sorry, I've found my problem. I didn't create a normal account yet XD.
