Sorry, if I am posting these in the wrong place, but I need to find out why this thing isn't working.
It tells me that the MySQL server has not been started. Which program do I click on to start it?? I am running MySQL v3.23 and MyODBC v2.51 or something like that. Any help will be greatly appreciated, AP |

OK, I assume that you're running MySQL on Windows? On windows, MySQL is a service, so you need to run the MySQL daemon in c:\mysql\bin\mysqld-max-nt.exe
When you installed it, however, the service should've already been setup for you. Maybe uninstall and reinstall it. |
