phpMyAdmin for multiple databases
I have found myself in a situation now that I need to host more than one database which 1&1 generously offer. What I need to know now is, can I use the same phpMyAdmin config.inc.php interface for say 3 databases? or do I have to have 3 config files hosted on my website with different urls which I know will work and make use of the new 2.6.1 rev. But it would still be kind of nice to switch between databases by clicking on the choice on the left hand side, using the same phpMyAdmin.
I have searched this forum, and google searched but I haven't found anyone asking the same question; either I'm asking a stupid question or no one wants to do this. I'm sure someone now will show me that this a double-post! |

I'm sorry, it was a dumb question, the file config.inc.php has space for two more hosts, plus you could probably paste some more in there. However, if anyone has experienced any problems related to multiple databases, I would be interested to hear.

There's never any dumb questions.
Your solution might help others in the same situation. Good job at figuring out the answer |
