phpmysqladmin with more than 1 server

Could someone please help me with how to modify config.inc.php to allow me to administrate both a local and remote server, both hosts have to be "localhost" . I have an account with a free server (for test purposes) who offer mysql and php but not the tools to carry out admin, though suggest installing phpmysqladmin.

any help will be appreciated and oh I am a bit of a newbie, so please "spell it out"
