plz explain i am new to php myadmin

ok, im using dreamweaver, i am also using PHPmyadmin to communicate with the database..mysql......my images folder is stored on the host server.....in phpmyadmin im entering my images in my database table as blobs correct....now on the web site the images show up as data not an image......and i am also tryin to make some records become links how can i do this using phpmyadmin.......please help.....if u want to see what i mean go to www.nightspotz.com this is an ex. of the site im trying to revamp......and go to music link......you'll se what i mean.....
