Problems with MySQL
i am having problems installing MySql on a windows ME pc. I got Apatche up and running, but when i do MySql, i see the traffic light, but it is red. I tried going to start server, but after about 2-3 minutes of looking at a black MSDos screen, it closes, and i am still left with the redlight :/

I may be mistaken... But I recall reading somewhere that it's not possible to run PHP/MySQL on a Windows ME machine...
Please correct me if I'm wrong...

try this check to see if you have the hide known file extensions checked or unchecked, if it's not checked then check it and that should do the trick
