i am having problems installing MySql on a windows ME pc. I got Apatche up and running, but when i do MySql, i see the traffic light, but it is red. I tried going to start server, but after about 2-3 minutes of looking at a black MSDos screen, it closes, and i am still left with the redlight :/

I may be mistaken... But I recall reading somewhere that it's not possible to run PHP/MySQL on a Windows ME machine...
Please correct me if I'm wrong...

Re: Problems with MySQL
Quote:
try this check to see if you have the hide known file extensions checked or unchecked, if it's not checked then check it and that should do the trick ![]()
