Slow Server Response?

I am using ASP to submit information to a MySQL DB. When I insert the information,
and go to a preview page, everything looks fine. When I submit it, however, it *SOMETIMES*
chokes and duplicates all of the information. If I have 3 fields, the info in those fiels will duplicate
at least twice. Example:

Telephone/Extension: 2105, 2105
Indicated problems: Printing Issues , Printing Issues ; Not Printing, Not Printing
Description of problem given:

One idea may have been a slow server response? If so, where can I go to learn about remedying this? I'm NOT looking for
anyone to give me the answers, but pointed in the right direction. I want to be able to know what I would be looking
for and then have me find the answers myself. Any help is great!

I doubt this has anything to do with your database -- it just sounds like something in your script or server is causing your insert to run twice. I'd ask in the ASP forum -- someone there should be able to give you more help.
