URGENT help needed

just joined the forum and i need your help. I had got some php entertainment CMS and craw youtube scripts and I had some problems uploading the files to my server. Please i need technical support from welll meaning members of the foreum who can help me in editing the cms database tables,uploading some files in binary mode. i will give cpanel access to anyone interested and will be indebted to you for life for this one favor.
