adding Tabs to a vb.net windows form

hi ...i've been trying to add Tabs into a vb.net windows form but i dont know how to do it. can anyone tell me how to either code it or add the tabs from the tool bars or anything? i need it real soon thank you fo your help !

what tab are talking about, is that the tab control? if that so.. you just get from the toolbars
and then goto the properties of it by setting the TabPages(collection) by adding how tab do you want....

I am not sure if you already gotten a answer/solution for this!
