Automatic email after 3 months

I have an online questionairre, done in vb.net, which writes all the users answers to an access database.

What I need is somehow to automatically email them after 3 months, 6 months, and a year for them to do follow up surveys,
so that i dont have to go through each users sign in date and email them individually.

Any ideas???

Microsoft actually has a product called SQL Server 2000 Notification Services. I've only briefly looked into it so far, but it looks like it will accomplish what you are attempting to do. And best of all, it's a free download! See the licensing page for more info, but I think you just have to have a valid SQL Server license to run it. It looks like it might be a bit of a burdon on SQL Server, though...
