Basic Windows C# programming

Hello

I've been searching the web for information on
how to build a list of the current opened windows in Windows XP using C# and VS.NET.
I cannot manage to find that info! Does anybody know if it's possible? If yes, how to do it?
Better, could anybody advice me on a good book/tutorial/website where those "simple" things are explained...
(what dll to use, the methods, the class descriptions, etc..) the whole in C# ?

THANK YOU!
