CDOSYS CreateMHTMLBody returns error "Invalid syntax"

Hi,

I have been using CDOSYS, on windows 2003 server having office 2003 installed.
CreateMHTMLBody of CDO.message is failing for some url like "http://www.yahoo.com" & "http://www.google.com" while working just fine for others.

Any help is really appreciated on this issue.

CreateMHTMLBody returns "Invalid syntax" with error no. "-2147221020 ".
