Fax in Visual Studio .NET

I receive an ecception in
Dim objFaxServer AsNew FAXCOMEXLib.FaxServer

The ecception is:
"System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException" in Programma.exe
Object COM with CLSID {CDA8ACB0-8CF5-4F6C-9BA2-5931D40C8CAE} is not valid or not registered.

I need help!

Is the probleme the istallation of fax server?
How can I install the fax server?
