Help would be appreciated. Deployment problem

first time in this forum. I need some help on deployment problem. I am sort of new so help would be apprecated.

I have .net app and made setup project. What I need to do during the installation is to execute one of my apps
which are being installed. But this app needs to know the target folder which is user defined.

is there anyway to pass the target folder to my app?

I added my app into Commit in Custom Editor.
