IDE for NT and .NET v1.0

Is there an opensource IDE for .NET that is compatible with .NET version 1.0??

The reason I ask is because I am currently working on an NT box, and only .NET version 1.0 will run.

I want an IDE with some integration of a web server, so I can develop aspx pages (again, this is not possible on NT alone as IIS is not available)

.... old PCs!! ;-)
