IE Script Error in Visual studio 2003

My Web application was working perfectly fine in Visual studio 2002 & Framework 1.0.As I upgraded my Visual studio 2003 & Framework 1.1, I started getting IE Script error as "Object Expected" on every page of the application.The same code works perfectly on other similar machines.I tried reinstalling IE6,but it did not work.

Can anybody help me with this?
