Package and Deployment in VB.Net

Hi,

Please let me know how I can include the following while creating the setup file for a VB.Net App. I am using VS.Net 2002.

1. To check and install the .net framework 1.1. (In Launch conditions, I can check if .net framework is installed if not the installations is halted).
2. Custom Actions - I want to execute a exe file at the end of the installation. (I tried the custom actions of P&D but was not successful).
