Replication manager replacement in DOTNET

I have just found out that replication manager(RM) and JRO are deprecated in office 2003 and
that the RM is not included in MS Visual Tools for Office 2003. The 2003 Tools include VB.NET.
The last version, Office XP DEV (MOD) included the RM. Has any one any idea of what tools replace the RM under DOTNET>
I have found some references to disconnected recordsets, but I am looking to synch the whole database, including forms,
queries, tables and code as a replacement for the replication manager.
