Sending automatic 30 day reminder emails from vb.net and access database

I'm creating a asp.net (vb.net) web site with an access database back end. The client wants an automatic email sent to the users periodically (30 days, 60 days etc) after registration.

Ive tried WilsonWebCompile dll, but for some reason it doesnt want to connect to the database when using the global.asa file's Application_Elapsed procedure.

Any other suggestions as to how to go about doing this???
