Window API wanted for VB.NET

Hi Friends,

I am working on vb.net and I need to get window API to open "window authentication window" (same window that we get after doing ctrl + alt+ delete to login again.

I need to open this screen on the form load event. Please let me know if it is feasible and how?? Please let me know if you think that it is just not possible. Any views will be welcomed.
