Windows 7 UAC admin credentials avoidance

I have a .NET application, installed as admin for all users. When I run as Standard user, it pops up the box asking for admin credentials. This needs to go away - what good is it to be a Standard user when you have to know admin credentials?

Already tried making Users group the application owner, and giving them full control to the /Program Files/App folder. No dice.

How?
