Hi, I am new here and I just set up an Apache2/MySQL/Perl5/PHP4.3.4 server up on my XP Pro box. Everything works great and Ive had people see if they can connect to it, but I do not know how to make a php file work as the index of the directory. I name it index.php and I keep on getting a directory and it shows the files.
IE: URL and I would like to have a file (index.php) load up instead of that. My index.html files load up as the directory homepage but a index.php file wont. |

search your apache configuration file for DirectoryIndex... just add index.php to the line...
For example: DirectoryIndex index.php index.html |
