How to add carriage written in php?

i want concatenated string with carriage written. that is 'Vbcrlf'. this is carriage written in vb coding.

Depending on precisely what you want, you can use \n or \r. I think Windows returns come across as \r\n. On Linux systems, if you're writing to a file and need to insert a line break, you can usually get by with just inserting \n.

If you are referring to writing text to the browser within <pre></pre> tags you can just use "\n" as a carriage return.

If you are not sure if your text will be printed in standard html or between <pre></pre> tags, just use "<br />\n\" to be sure and you will always have line breaks.
