Imagick(0.9.9) Problems installing in PHP on IIS

Hello,

I'm trying to intergrate Imagick in PHP on IIS!

I have done the following things:

• Install ImageMagick 6.0.0 dll.exe (This is working fine)
• I have downloaded The PEAR module:
  • PEAR module from http://pear.php.net/package-info.php?pacid=76 (beta version 0.9.9)
  • I have put this module into: C:\Inetpub\SCEnterprise\server\pear\imagick
• I have downloaded two php_imagick.php tried both and added them to my php/extensions:
  • http://php.chregu.tv/php_imagick.dll
  • http://kromann.info/php4-pecl/php_imagick.dll
• I have edited my php.ini extension=php_imagick.dll

Now imagick is intergrated in PHP on IIS and should work perfectly!

But I'm getting the two following error message when I start PHP:
1. "Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/php/extensions/php_imagick.dll' - The specified module could not be found."
2. "Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/php/extensions/php_imagick.dll' - The specified module could not be found."

Can somebody please help me with this problem!

I Have tried to restart ISS and still it wont work. You don't have to restart your computer or ISS to see the changes that you have mad in php.ini (Server: WInXp)

Yes Spongy - that would be a stupid idea.

Galarc: Have you tried searching google on this problem - I just did and got a heap of hits. I even found a thread about it from this forum! http://forums.devarticles.com/t4537/s.html

I have also seen these threads, but no solution on this problem! I'm wondering if I have installed everthing right. I already have triend is serveral times uninstalling everything en installing it again but no positive result.

First of all, you may not achieve to install imagick this way, I've read that imagick is not yet compatible with ImageMagick v.6
So you need to downgrade to v.5.5.xx

For the rest I cannot help you anymore, I'm trying to install this graphic lib too.

i have windows 2000 pro
php 4.3.9
IIS !
ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q16-windows-dll.exe installed to c:\program files\imagemagick\

*** give IUSR read on c:\program files\imagemagick and propagate it down

environmental variables:
path
c:\program files\imagemagick
php_imagick.dll copied to c:\php\extensions.

security on c:\php\extensions = IUSR read
