Parsing Tags using pHp (..question..)

i'Ve hAd a pRoblem while programing a script
the problem was a question that i asked my self ??

i tried so hard and that's so fine cause i've made it at last
but it was a realy hardcoding :S

so who could help me ?? who said mE huh ???

what is the best way to parse this tag above so i could get the page header

am not talking about a eregi_replace or str_replace that's for sure
