PHP Coder wanted get 50% of profits

sadly im not blessed with greast knowledge of php i have a heck of a time jus trying to install programs. They all use guilds and mainly use freewebs to build a site. 23,000 people are on the game 24/7 and then about 4000 on the forums 24/7. We could make it paypal only and i could also hire out for them as a graphics designer. 60-70% of all the people that play this game have paid to play, because this game offers premium accounts and most of them have paid online.
