PHP stats/averages
I have a friend who is wanting to start his own in house billiard 8-ball league for the locals to play and compete for money.
How does one go about calcualting a handicap?. Everyone will start out as a 4 handicap. A 4 would have to win 3 games. So therefore, one would have to take into consideration different playing items suchas; * # of Games won * # of Defense shots * # of balls left on the table after a win. * # of balls made on the break. * # of innings per game. If anyone can help me on this, please e-mail me at URL as I really would like to know to accomplish this task for my friend.

You could always start with # of games won = -3 or -4 depending on how you want to look at it.
