Random top 10 list in php

I am looking for a script to add onto my site that will allow registered users to create a top ten list. Then I would like to include the php script on another page where it can pull a random list from any user everytime that page is accessed.

I found this one here http://www.zone-h.org/en/download/category=38/ scroll to the bottom, the files are in alphabetical order and look for this file top5list.zip I've tried to install it but I can't get it to work I keep getting a "parse error" and I'm pretty sure I've done everything right.

If anybody knows of a similar script could you direct me to where I can find it?
