Trouble with PHP includes and XHTML validating ...

My first question on DA Hope it was ok to post it here ...

Trying to validate my new template against XHTML Transitional ... I started at about 702 errors and now Im down to ... 32. Lol!

Anyway I've figured out that all the errors that are left have something to do with my "includes", of which there are 3 on the page. Trouble is that includes ... well "include" the source code form the included page as client side, obviously. The official validator at w3.org doesnt know this though. Is this a normal thing ? Or is there a proper way I'm supposed to "bypass" this or what ? Anyways the validator is at:

http://validator.w3.org/

and the template page is at:

http://www.ramsaygraphix.com/v4test/news.php

If you try it out, auto detect should work fine, you'll see 32 errors. All having to do with php includes. What do I need to do to fix these errors ? Can any1 help me out ? Thanks a bunch!

The document located at <http://www.ramsaygraphix.com/v4test/news.php> was checked and found to be valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional. This means that the resource in question identified itself as “XHTML 1.0 Transitional” and that we successfully performed a formal validation using an SGML or XML Parser (depending on the markup language used).

Were you tring to have it look at a local file? If so, don't becuase it will see ALL php.. upload it so it's live on the web and then run it
