Exclamation Variables to multiple pages

Hi
I have a page A with 5 fields.

When I submit I want to pass the field values back to page A and to a page B inside an iframe.

Or, to a page C where the mysql_query can be done and the result set sent back to page A and B. In this case the mysql_query only has to be run once.

The result set is quite large so I can't find out the most efficient way to solve this problem.

Anyone?
