Interview with Kais Dukes
This is another poor interview published in the site.
Looks like author doesn't know what to ask or author is not well prepared towards the interview. Most of the answer from Mr. Kais Dukes was very superficial or the interviewer couldnt create the right question-answer session. I have been visiting the site for last 1 year. I like the devarticle site, as it publish articles for larger audience. In future site manager should careful about the host selection(person who takes inteview) for taking and publishing interview, so it looks more professional, not like the current one, he asked and he replied type! Thank You. ![]() |

Hi Iahmed,
Thank you for your comments. I am glad to hear feedback from our readers both positive and negative. I am quite concerned that your first comment on our site, in the 1 year of reading our articles, is so critical. The articles are there to enjoy. As the interviewer of this particular professional and content editor of this site, I can assure you that the interview did go quite well. I was prepared in advance and Kais Dukes was quite pleased with the result. In fact, there is another interview with Kais Dukes in a few weeks time and I'm again looking forward to it. I hope there are more productive criticisms to come. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any suggestions to make the upcoming interview more successful, feel free to post them here. With kind regards, Ben Shepherd Content Editor / Technical Writer bens@devarticles.com www.devarticles.com |

Hi There
Firstly, there's been a lot of positive response from this article, which is always a good thing. I was actually hoping for some online discussion on .NET and Java vs C#, etc. When being asked questions like these, its hard to give answers which are specific, as the questions are quite high-level. Currently the article has been rated 8 / 10, so it looks like its been positive. It's really easy to send out flame-mail, but try providing some constructive comments -- thats never easy. Look forward to hearing your repsonse. Kind Regards Kais |

Hi Kais Hi Benos,
Sorry, if my posting did sound little harsh ( or flamy). I was trying to say that with a little more good preperation we can make an Interview session more appealing and Interesting for readers. When we ask question to an expert, question should sound very specific (not vague). Ben, If I did make you upset with my posting, sorry about that. This is my most favourite site. So, I will always want to see the best here. Here is my questions to Mr. Kais. [01]. When .NET introduced disconnected dataset, would you please quantify the benefit from the disconnected dataset concept (with some comparison analysis). [02] When Sun says about Java that, "write once, run anywhere", how Microsoft says about .NET platform about platforms independence. Kais, I am neither a Java nor a .NET programmer, but very interested to know more about that. My professional knowledge is about designing logic circuits or developing device drivers and etc. Thank you veru much, -Iftekhar Ahmed |
