Lightbulb About saving settings/options
There is a feature to save all settings so you can import them when you reinstall.

Just click on Options > Export Settings...

I use TopStyle Pro and enjoy it - the best tool for working with CSS. I scoff at the price, but Froogle has a discount for it (as usual - Go Google!)
