Stored Procedures for Oracle

Our compny plans on working with Sql Server. Because of one big client we will need to work with Oracle too.
If we will use Stored procedures, Will it be a total change in code to write it for Oracle? The problem is double code maintenance for both Sql and Oracle db's.
