Background Music Help!

I am trying to find a script or something of the sort that will play random music--from multiple .mp3's I have on the server--in the background when a page is being viewed.

Thanks!
-Bob

Any idea where I can find any info on how to create playlists? I've never done that before. Thanks for any help!

OK, that sounds easy enough. Any idea where I might find an example of the HTML or how to code such a thing? Sorry, if I sound ignorant, again, I have just never dealt with anything of this nature before. THANKS!!!!! You're being a big help, trust me

While it sounds like a great idea, I would be caution when working with music on a website... Be sure to offer the option of turning the sound off, as some users may be annoyed and leave altogether...

There's nothing worse than forgetting to turn your speaker volume down, and then having your heart jump out of your chest when loud music starts to play unknowingly!

Good luck with it all!

I totally agree with you. I'm actually designing this site for someone else who insists on having music. I think I found something that works and it does give the option of turning it off or down. Thanks to all who offered their advice in this thread, it was very helpful! -Bob
