BFormMail

Is anyone familiar with this script? I am stuck at what may be basic stuff, but my crash course could have missed....

As I understand the script, it builds on FormMail with, among other things, an "append_db" that should collect the form results in a file.
The instructions for the data file show "/path_to_file.dat".

Nothing has gone into this file yet.

I am not sure what else to offer for help - I really did try to answer this through 'googling' but, no luck -
